Alfred Mansour - PhD, LP, CBIS
Dr. Alfred Mansour’s career spans four decades of research and clinical service and includes his early years at the Mental Health Research Institute at The University of Michigan. He has been a member of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology, the New York Academy of Sciences, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Society for Neuroscience, American Psychological Association, and Sigma Xi, a national research honor society. Dr. Mansour has served on numerous scientific committees including the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology and the National Institute of Drug Abuse’s Neuroanatomy and Neurophysiology Review Subcommittee.
He is broadly published including publications in the distinguished journals Trends in Neuroscience, the Journal of Neuroscience, Brain Research, the Journal of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, and The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. His latest contributions include a review of the traumatic brain injury literature and a call for the integrative and multi-disciplinary approach to the treatment of traumatic brain injury (2015), as well as, a functional brain imaging study in children and adults with dyslexia and the differential activation of working memory pathways (2014).

Dr. Evan Zachary Gross
Dr. Evan Zachary Gross is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist with a deep commitment to advancing care and research at the intersection of brain health, aging, and decision-making. Dr. Gross earned his doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology from Wayne State University with specialized training at the Institute of Gerontology. For his dissertation, he explored the complex factors influencing financial decision-making self-efficacy among older adults.
Dr. Gross completed an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, providing neuropsychological assessment and therapy for veterans with complex clinical needs. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology and Rehabilitation Psychology at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, where he refined his skills in neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, and multidisciplinary collaboration. There, he worked extensively with patients facing a wide range of neurological and medical conditions, from dementias and brain injuries to movement and psychiatric disorders, both in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Throughout his career, Dr. Gross has contributed meaningfully to the scientific community. He is the co-author of numerous peer-reviewed publications, many focused on financial decision-making, elder exploitation, and memory, including work published in The Gerontologist, Clinical Gerontologist, Aging & Mental Health, Cerebral Cortex, and Science. His research has helped shape clinical understanding of how psychological, cognitive, and contextual factors combine to influence vulnerable older adults’ financial decisions.
Dr. Gross provides evidence-based care for adults facing a wide variety of neurological and psychological challenges, such as dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, attention-deficit disorder, and mood disorders.

Dr. Frank Tripi, LP
Dr. Frank Tripi, LP, is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist with extensive experience in neuropsychological assessment, rehabilitation, and care for adults. He holds a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from the Michigan School of Psychology, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University. Since February 2025, Dr. Tripi has been practicing at Neuropsychology Partners, LLC in Michigan, where he conducts comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and provides collaborative, patient-centered care.
He completed his postdoctoral residency at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, affiliated with Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. There, he received comprehensive clinical training across various units and conducted research on perceived executive functioning in individuals with long-haul COVID-19. Prior to that, he completed his internship at Goodwill Northern New England Neurorehabilitation Services in Maine, where he gained advanced training in assessment and interdisciplinary treatment for patients with acquired brain injuries.
Dr. Tripi’s early clinical experiences span a range of roles across the lifespan, including work with individuals with developmental disabilities, chronic health conditions, and complex psychological challenges. With expertise in psychotherapy, assessment, and integrated care, Dr. Tripi brings a holistic, culturally competent, and evidence-based approach to clinical neuropsychology. His professional interests include brain injury, neurodegenerative diseases, executive dysfunction, and supporting patients and caregivers in understanding cognitive and psychological changes following neurological illness or injury.
